Our Baseball & T-Ball Divisions
We structure our programs by age and developmental stage to ensure every child gets the right mix of fun, instruction, and active movement.
Little Sluggers T-Ball
A high-energy, fun introductory program designed for 3 and 4-year-olds. Children learn basic mechanical concepts through engaging games, motor skill exercises, and hitting off a tee.
Key Skill Focus:
- Running bases in order & base recognition games
- Proper batting stance & swinging off safety tees
- Basic throwing stance & soft catching mechanics
- Team spirit, high-fives, listening skills & confidence
T-Ball / Coach Pitch
Perfect for beginner and continuing players! Players refine fundamental fielding, throwing, and hitting techniques, while transitioning from tee hitting to gentle coach pitching.
Key Skill Focus:
- Fielding ground balls ("alligator hands") & catching popups
- Overhand throwing accuracy & stepping toward target
- Transitioning from tee hitting to soft coach pitch
- Understanding game rules, force outs, and sportsmanship
What Makes Jump Start T-Ball Special?
Official Gear Included
Every participant gets an official Jump Start Sports team T-Shirt and MLB-style baseball cap to keep!
Equipment Provided
Tees, safety foam/rubber balls, and bats provided. Players only need to bring their own baseball glove!
